Sawgrass Virtuoso SG500 Sublimation Printer Starter Bundle
Setup printer and ink it came with and constant flashing warning of low ink. How can have low ink if it’s brand new? It’s pain to get it to print, and prints are not good. Not able to use in phone app is a pain as well. Not happy with this printer.

Ink was empty, tried to have them take this one back and me pay the difference for a new one. They are un willing to work with you after they have your money. Sorry excuse of customer service. Would not recommend this company at all.

Silhouette White Cameo 4 w/ Updated Autoblade, 3x Speed, Roll Feeder
I received my machine, thought it was broken. Found out then I couldn't return it. But the staff kindly helped me even though I was really rude at the time. Turned out it was user error. Wrong mat. Now it cuts beautifully.

Swing Design 15" x 15" Swing Away 8-in-1 Heat Press - Turquoise
I LOVE this heat press! For the past couple years I have been using one I purchased from Amazon. While it did work, I never realized how much better one could be. I wish I had gotten this years ago. I have not used any of the attachments yet, but will be soon!
