So far I’m very pleased with my purchase. It’s was very easy to set up and the quality has been phenomenal thus far. I would highly recommend Swing to anyone looking to purchase a sublimation printer…

Switching the cartridges was so easy and there was no problem printing

Enjoying the upgrade very much.

This company does not take responsibility for their mistakes. I ordered Kodak Kodacolor DTF Cold Peel Film A3+ 13” x 19” - 100 Sheets that cost $78 but when I received my package an employee had mistakenly packaged and sent me Kodak Kodacolor FTF Hot Melt Powder that cost $39. I can see how the mistake would have been made if the person packaging was not paying close attention. When I emailed them to let them know that I got the wrong item they asked me to send a picture of what I received and the packing slip. Which was fine and I did do that but I also let them know that I needed the cold peel film sent out ASAP because I needed it by the next Wednesday. I notified them of this on the Thursday the week prior and thought that any reputable company would have immediately wanted to correct the mistake and ship out the correct product right away and take responsibility for their screw up. But instead they sent me a return shipping label and wanted to wait until I had the wrong item shipped back to them before they would send the correct one out. So basically because of a $39 product that they were so afraid I might not have sent back to them they pissed me off as a customer and did not get me the correct product by the date that I needed it. If they would have immediately sent the correct product out on the Thursday I notified them I would have easily received it in time. I would have still happily shipped the incorrect one back to them and I would be a happy customer and would continue to buy from them. This was the first time I had ever ordered from Swing Design and it will be the last. If they aren't willing to fix a mistake that is 100% their fault in a timely manner now how can I trust that they will take care of me on any other issues in the future. As a side note I went to a competitor, Grimco, that I had ordered other things from before and explained the situation. I told them on Tuesday that I needed it the next day on Wednesday and they overnighted the film to me at their expense. So I will definitely be giving Grimco my business instead of Swing Design. Sorry you lost out on this customer and possible many others after reading this review because you were afraid of losing $39, hope it was worth it Swing Design.

love it!!!

I only use

The Siser HTV is so easy to work with! I needed to make several quotes for flags to be flown at a graduation and was a little worried how it would work with such a long piece to design, cut, and weed but this HTV made it easy to weed and position on the material that it turned out great.

One of the best purchases for my home business I recently made. The printer is easy to use and has great functionality.

Fast response and delivery. Thank you

THE WORST PURCHASE I'VE MADE SO FAR, I REGRET HAVING BOUGHT IT

Love the sawgrass!

Everything downloaded as expected. I am now onto learning how to use it all… I am new to silhouette as I have had Cricut for years. And this will help a lot in the things I hope to achieve in the future with my business.

excellent service and product.

The heat press came dented so it wobbles on its base. It closes weird because the handle rolls as you open and close it.

I’m still getting my craft room set up so I haven’t opened my Sawgrass yet. I’ll give it 5 stars because I’m sure it will be fabulous!

These were really easy to sublimate on, we did front and back and the color was sooo vibrant. I would just say make sure you follow the instructions per the website to not have warping.

Just what I need for Apple computer. Now I am able to make DFT transfer on my Epson F2100.
Thank you so much.

My printer doesn't stay up and running the way it needs.. It could just be me not knowing what I am doing and learning as I go

Fast shipping and great prices!!! 🙂

Very good product will continue to purchase from this company.
