UltraLite Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) by Siser - Thinner Than Easyweed - 15" x 12" Sheet
Awesome vinyl!! It is thin and almost feels like silk screen. I have used Featherlite before but with the colors being so limited was looking for an alternative. Will definitely be using this from now on!!

Prestige Direct To Film Printer Bundle w/ 16" x 20" Oven, Filter, Inks, Supplies
It wouldn’t let me do 1 star, bought this printer that did not work and was refused a refund . They said they will send me the part but have to wait till it’s available and they had no clue as of when that would be … if you don’t want a broken printer don’t buy from this company.

Sold me a broken printer and refuse to give me a refund . Said that they don’t know how long the parts will take to come in and the whole situation has been a complete mess.

Roland Cleaning Liquid (ESL5) - 500ml
Thank you for having the Roland cleaner! I see you sell Roland UV printers on your sight. We have the Roland Versa UV model # LEF-12i. I was hoping we could get the ECO-UV ver.2 ink 220ml cartridges from your company. Do you have these cartridges?

Hi Krik, we carry the EUV4 ink sets which work with the lef12i. We actually were going to carry them but Roland advised us to carry the EUV4 formulation. If you are interested in the ECO-UV inks we could look at placing special orders for you. Please just send us a message at support@swingdesign.com and lets know know what you are looking for. Do not buy these printers. We got one with a bundle from swing design and immediately after waiting the 4 + weeks to get it, we got it unboxed and set up. It never printed right and after reviewing all supplied materials, as well as their videos, and ruining several shirts, we called them. They sent us a video to try a different style of cleaning that did not work. They then turned us over to the warranty people. We have had nothing but run around since. They tell us they will get back to us and then they don't. They tell us we got a bad print head and it needs replaced, but it has to be approved. Meanwhile we are out 6000 dollars for the printer bundle, not to mention we can't print any transfers. I would go with any other printer but these ones. At this point it seems like a great big scam. If I could I would give negative stars!

ProSub 20oz Straight Skinny Tumbler Sublimation Blanks Gloss White - 12 Pack
These tumblers seem to be exactly the right size for the size sublimation paper I have to use in my sub printer. I admittingly tried a 2o oz tumbler from a company my sister uses but it was .something to big and kept coming out messed up. I think I will stick to these tumblers.

Love the products. Customer Service was a bit of a miss for me though. I made a mistake and ordered ink for the 1000 (over $500.00). I immediately caught the issue and ordered the correct ink and contacted CS within a very short time. I was told I would have to wait until it was actually shipped and then return it at my cost. I could see this response if a day or more had gone by, but within hours? Not so much. While I wait for my refund, I will also be looking for a different place that is more CS friendly to order from in the future.
