Sawgrass UHD Virtuoso SG1000 Sublimation Printer Bundle with Bypass Tray
My package arrived quickly and securely. All items were delivered at the same time, and I was up and running the same day. I did not utilize the Sawgrass setup assistance because the instructions with the machine were simple and easy to understand. The samples received with the machine from Swing Design were of good quality, but I have not used them yet. The So Fontsy gift cards were a welcome bonus, and I will definitely be putting them to good use. I would highly recommend Swing Design for your Sawgrass and sublimation needs.

Testing Review
I think I got a bad one, it will do one print right and then it will do color so bad that I have to clean it multiple time before it can work again, which has me spending so much ink which is expensive. The worst part is once it has the ink you lose the warranty so think before buying. Am not saying this is a bad company but in my case I got a bad printer.

I received a broken mug press, I have tried contacting the company but get no answer back. I do love my printer though.

Silhouette White Cameo 4 PRO - 24" w/ Autoblade, Mat, Roll Feeder
This machine is the worst. Totally regret buying this for my shop. It is only a couple months old at most and I am having to send it back to be repaired/replaced. After HORRIBLE customer service from Silhouette, they finally agreed to accept the return, but I have to ship it there myself for like $60 and it'll take several weeks to get it back. So I'm going to be without my main machine for running my business. Don't buy this, get a Muse or a Graphtec or cut your stuff by hand, anything is better than this pile of crap.

Purchased the Roland BN-20D Desktop 20" Direct to Film DTF Printer (serial number 417072581zfr0370). It prints images with parallel lines on them, which is caused by ink not properly flowing through a part of the print head. We have tried for about a week to troubleshoot, cleaned the machine multiple times and talked with Swing support and Roland support. We are still waiting for some kind of useful recommendation or action to take. Hopefully we don't have to return the machine but that seems the likely next step.
To be fair, we own a Roland SG2-300 through a different dealer and love the performance and support we get for that machine; it is higher-end and has a great track record. It may be that Roland is pushing the lower end BN-20D out faster than they can properly QC or support.

Was sent the wrong SKU/ item. Sent a email informing them of this. They stated that All American was responsible and they would send the correct item. New package arrived. Still the wrong item/sku. Didn't even bother at that point.
