Received the printer all printer dampers were bad and had to be replaced. Tech support was not helpful I had to figure out issues myself, the printer only came with 2 replacement dampers so I had to purchase more and wait another 2 weeks to use it. During the wait time the print head clogged so I wasted tons of ink clearing the head. Overall, not to happy with the purchase.

I was so new, had not a clue, I just wanted to create things for family and friends but don’t have a lot of time. This was the easiest setup. I was set up and printing in no time and no issues once I unboxed.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. More than happy with my purchase.

I like program but keeps crashing.

We always wanted to take our Crafting to the next level and after doing so I am so glade we did, I LOVE Prestige DTF printer and it allows us to do so much more. Thank you Swing Design for all of your support.

Everything was delivered piece meal. But was very fast. Kind of disappointed that there was no training on how to use the equipment like other dealers offered. Kind of fending for yourself and hope it works out. Great deal you offered! Salesperson supposed to get back to and didn't

Easy to use. Only been doing this a month so still wash testing for longevity

I bought the 8-in-1 bundle and have been pretty happy with the overall versatility of the unit. I currently have 275 presses done with this. As many of you have read the "Pro's", allow me to tell you the "Cons" of the unit.

Cons:

1. Be very, very careful when you hand the neck of the shirt over the edge of the platen. You MUST use a small towel to protect your white shirt from the graphite type debris that fall down from the vertical shaft that the upper platen swings on. I had started to notice black smudge marks around the neck and found dark, dust-like, particles at the base. Cleaning this prior to use helps but you still must be careful to avoid the chrome part of the shaft or you will get dirt on the shirt.

2. The swing is a great idea but it does not swing away far enough, for my comfort, to place & remove shirts from the platen. Oh sure, it'll swing away further but then you'll tip your machine over and I'm not about to bolt this down to the granite counter top. So if you are into making a lot of shirts, just be prepared for some extra effort to place your garment on the platen.

3. Temperature : heats up nicely but it will drop up to 10 degrees when you use it and it is slow to recover back to the initial temp during the pressing. For example, 400 degrees to press a Polyester shirt...during press temp drops to 390 and slowly comes back to 395 by the 45 second time limit.

4. Base platen should actually be a pull out giving you the advantage of sliding a shirt over it and having full accessibility without the top platen being in the way.

These are my Con's that give the unit 4 stars instead of 5. My biggest bug-a-boo is the first with the black dust in #1.

I love this press combo. Ease of use is great, it is so much lighter than my older clamshell press, and even though it swings away, it takes up less space. The only complaint I have is That the tumbler attachment doesn’t do wraparound designs.

Love the machine only thing the coating is coming off on the top heat plate around the screws but other than that love it
