Sawgrass Virtuoso Waste Ink Collection Unit - Fits all SG Models
I purchased a Sawgrass 500 from Swing Design. I had it almost a year and it began to give me an error. I went to the Sawgrass website and worked with them for about a month. I finally contacted Swing Design to see what else could be done. We were never able to fix the printer. Because it was still under warranty They sent me a replacement. This was a long process because the communication was all email. I understand why phone calls are not an option; you would tie up a customer service person for a long time, making so no one would be able to call. I received the replacement, was able to get it up and running much easier than the original printer. I want to thank all that helped me through this process very much. I greatly appreciate it.

Hi Ernest, thank you for the review. You should have received the 14x16 platen which we include with the printer. The 16x20 platen, DTF oven, filter, and media ship separately and should arrive any day. The round shirt smoother should be in with the F2100 accessory box. If for any reason you can not locate it please send us an email and we can get that replaced - support@swingdesign.com

Oracal 236 UV Laminating Film for Printable Vinyl Sheets - 8.5" x 11"
Oracal 236 UV Laminating Film for Printable Vinyl Sheets - 8.5" x 11" while being the perfect match when printing on 8.5" x 11 format materials, my cutter can see the registration marks and cuts perfectly through the laminate. Super thin so peeling off the backing can be a bit tricky. Peeeling the backing off also creates a static charge causing the laminate to contact the print before intentional alignment.
Visit tutorials that demonstrate laminating methods for adhesive overlays to find one that works for you.
