Silhouette Studio Basic Edition Latest Version for PC and MAC - Free
I like the Silhouette basic software. Even as a basic version, it offers most of the features you need to get started. I have upgraded to the Business Edition due to my intentions for use. This is a good product with many functions that are easy to learn.

Swing Design 15" x 15" Swing Away 8-in-1 Heat Press - Turquoise
I purchased the bundle a few months ago. I have had a few heat presses but not a swing away and have seen great reviews on these. Unfortunately, when trying to the first time, it tripped my breaker. The control box was faulty. Ashley was helpful and sent a new one, long story short, I have two replacement control boxes because they both would not stop beeping even after clicking the timer button. I’m not sure the issue. I was very upset it didn’t work out, Ashley assisted with returning the bundle and issuing a refund. I went with another company and a different brand that was a bit more expensive and haven’t had any issues as of now. Could’ve been a fluke. Hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else. SD tried their best to help. Customers service was pretty good.

Silhouette Studio for Mint Latest Version for PC and MAC - Free
I have not have time to actually use the Mint yet, although did set up on my computer. My only disappointment at this point it the fact that other inks are not available in the Silhouette store making me wonder if they are no longer making them and that I am limited to the four colors in the kit.
