Swing Design 15" x 15" Craft Heat Press - Navy
I only just got it, and have used a few times- so far its great! Customer service has also been awesome which was a bug part why I choose this company from the reviews of customer service as well as the press:) and shipping HOLY COW it was fast and arrived super well packed! So all in all , while its only been a few weeks, in the things i can review I am a 5 star happy shopper - hoping the press holds up a long time too but it does come warrantied and I purchased extra too so should be good to go!

StarCraft Solo 16" Vinyl Cutter Bundle with SoFontsy Design Cards
The purchasing and sending out of the machine was wonderful but the customerr service afterward was horrible `your employees should be more knowledgeable of the products you sell

Hi Terry, I am sorry you are not happy about the support. I took a look at the image you sent over and it looks like the blade is extended too far out. Ashley, who is assisting you, is very knowledgeable on the Solo and will continue to help. There are also some great support groups on Facebook about the Solo. I will follow up with Ashley today as well. Best, Will - owner

Easy and simple ordering. Love the extras included in the bundle. I thought I would not need the gift certificates, but they are a great asset to have! Shipping was fast, and i received notifications about delivery, which put my mind at ease.
