Sawgrass UHD Virtuoso SG500 Sublimation Deluxe Printer Starter Bundle
Colors are not bright always look faded

Hi Bradley, if you are having any issues with printing please let reach out and we can help. If you have not done a transfer yet, the print will look faded until transferred. If the transfer is faded once applied to the blank, it can be too much heat or not enough pressure. You can contact us at support@swingdesign.com Best, Will

Prestige Direct To Film Printer Bundle w/ 16" x 20" Oven, Inks, Supplies
I gave the printer 5 stars but I can’t give the oven any stars because I haven’t been able to use it because it won’t even turn on so I’m having to use my heat press to cure my prints. The support team tried to help with the problem but determined it’s the manufacturer that needs to fix or replace the oven. I still haven’t heard from the manufacturer.

Have not used it yet. Wasn’t hard to set up however don’t have the link for the software that was purchased with the printer. Ready to use it

Hi Dana, the code is sent over via email after the printer is delivered. CADLink has all users download the 14 trial first, then the code will unlock the full license. I checked with the team and looks like they were able to resend that code. If you need anything else please let us know. Best, Will - owner support@swingdesign.com
