POOLIN EOC06 7.9in x 11in Embroidery Machine with 86 Embroidery Spools Bundle
After extensive research on a reasonably priced embroidery machine I made the decision to purchase the Poolin EOC06. The reviews left me a bit apprehensive but the embroidery field won me over. I can now say “Best decision ever”. There is a bit of a learning curve for someone new to the art but there is a plethora of YouTube videos and a dedicated Facebook group. Love my new embroidery machine and I am so looking forward to many new projects.

Uninet IColor 340 Apparel PLUS Transfer Printer Business Bundle
The printer overall is great once u learn the masterclass u have a better understanding of how the printer works so I recommend watching the entire master class before unboxing because I had a few issues when I unboxed and set up my IColor 340 without watching the masterclass videos other then a few wasted test prints and a bit of AtoB practice Pressing u can get the marrying process down to a T

xTool M1 ULTRA 20W 4-in-1 Laser Cutter & Engraver Deluxe Bundle
I recently added the xTool M1 Ultra to my setup, and it has quickly become my go-to machine. The precision on both engraving and cutting is impressive for a desktop model, and it handles everything from intricate patterns to heavier DIY projects without missing a beat.
It is a high-quality, multifaceted machine that feels like a professional-grade workhorse. I love how versatile it is and can’t wait to create a bunch of different things. It’s been great seeing what other creators are doing online with it, and I’m excited to keep pushing what this machine can do. Highly recommended for anyone looking to level up their crafting!

Brother SE700 Embroidery & Sewing Machine with Hoops & Embroidery Threads
I did not receive the embroidery threads or the extra hoops in the original shipment. May be from bad weather. I contacted them and they shipped out the replacement the same day!

Hi Kristi, sorry about this. The threads and hoops ship in a separate box. With all the bad weather going on they could arrive on a separate day. If you are still missing the 2nd box please email us at support@swingdesign.com and we can make sure you get everything you ordered. Best, Will - owner

BAi VISION 15 Needle Embroidery Machine with Deluxe Mighty Hoop Bundle
I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Paula and Will at Swing Design! From the very first day I completed my application to the day my embroidery machine was delivered to my home, they went above and beyond every single step of the way.
They made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand. What I appreciated most was how they walked me through my options and made it possible for me to pay in full without financing. That level of transparency and customer care is rare!
Their professionalism, communication, and genuine support truly stood out. Because of them, my small business continues to grow consistently, and I’m already considering purchasing another embroidery machine in the near future — possibly upgrading from the Vision to the Mirror — and I will absolutely be going through Swing Design again.
Paula and Will, thank you both for your patience, guidance, and for going over and beyond. If anyone is looking to purchase equipment, I highly recommend checking out Swing Design first. You won’t regret it!
