Hi, this item shipped directly from the manufacturer. Can you provide more information in regards to the box? Could it have happened while in transit? Also if there is anything missing please let us know. All Uninet printers are inspected by the manufacturer prior to sending the units out. Best, Will - owner

Siser Romeo 24" Vinyl Cutter Deluxe Bundle
My personal experience I would have given 5 stars but they didn’t know what they send customers and didn’t know what some products was that the sell and ship as a business owner you have to know exactly what you sell to your customers that’s your job as a company and not knowing is a bad look on your business means you don’t care your just looking for a sales at any cost and that’s not a good thing

Hi Michael, I apologize for the experience you had. These bundles are created by Siser and they are constantly updating some of the sample media included with the machine. I have reached out to the manufacturer asking them to be more consistent with the bundles and alert us to any updates. Best, Will - owner.
