Brother PE900 5" x 7" Embroidery Machine with Hoops & Embroidery Thread
As a total beginner it has been easy to set up and learn how to use the artspira app. It was really nice to have the included hoops and thread to get going right out of the box.

POOLIN EOC06 7.9in x 11in Embroidery Machine with 86 Embroidery Spools Bundle
I ordered my Poolin EOC06 through Swing, the machine arrived with a body panel popped out of its places I contacted Swing. Within 24 hours I got an answer from them ! Then The software of the machine needed update, so I reached out again to Swing, they kept me updated in a timely manner and were doing follow up. Everything was settled and resolved fast and efficiently. I highly recommend Swing as a business. They are responsive and helpful. I don't know if I will need to invest in more machines later on in my life but if I do Swing will be the place I will first look at.

Silhouette Cameo 12" x 12" Standard Cutting Mat - 3 Pack
I ruined several pieces of material and had to “dull” the stickiness before I had success. Seems as though the mats were old or had gotten hot or something, they were terrible at first.

Oracal ORAMASK 813 Translucent Stencil Film 24" x 150 ft Roll
Oracal masking works very well with my CNC carving. I can paint or put epoxy in the carving without it getting it on the surrounding wood. And Swing Design has been a good supplier. My product arrives well packaged with no damage.

Brother PE900 5" x 7" Embroidery Machine with 160 Embroidery Spools Bundle
I accidentally put in the wrong address for my machine and customer service was quick to respond and help fix the address before it shipped. Love my machine and the materials that came with it to get me started. I think adding a small amount of stabilizer to this deal would be the perfect combo. Otherwise, great deal!!!! Can't wait to learn.

POOLIN EOC06 7.9in x 11in Embroidery Machine with 86 Embroidery Spools Bundle
Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my wife one week before Christmas and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived on Christmas Eve! The only reason this is not 4 stars is the bundle was sent in 3 separate packages with 3 seperate delivery services that all arrived at different times. I never got updates on delivery until the first of the 3 arrived. I don’t know if that is on Swingdesign or the 3 separate shippers. Once I was in contact with SwingDesign customer support they assured me my package would arrive on time and then the other two started giving delivery updates. The machine itself is excellent and intuitive. The bundle gave my wife all that she needed to get started on her embroidery journey. Definitely recommend!
