I do not recommend purchasing the Brother SE700 hoop bundle. Although it initially appeared to be a good value because of the included additional hoop sizes for larger projects, thread, and accessories, the quality of those items was disappointing. The sewing accessories are inexpensive plastic pieces comparable to items valued around $10 at Walmart. The included thread is standard, cheap sewing thread—not embroidery thread—and the bundle does not provide any actual embroidery thread. As an FYI to new embroiders, you can not use sewing thread to embroider, you need specific polyester embroidery thread, which this bundle does not include. As someone who is new to embroidery I did not realize this until after I purchased the bundle.

In hindsight, it would have been more cost‑effective to purchase the machine separately (approximately $399 at Walmart at the time around Christmas) and then buy higher‑quality hoops, embroidery thread, scissors, and other accessories individually. This approach would have resulted in better-quality materials at a lower overall cost.

The machine itself performs well so far, but I regret not purchasing it separately and selecting my own accessories. I hope this helps others make a more informed decision and avoid unnecessary extra costs.

Since purchasing silhouette I’m now able to add personalized to laser projects that before I couldn’t . I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

I need to find the ebook as I haven’t seen that yet !!! But still happy with software it’s much like Cricut design space so I was able to jump right in and start design tue moment I downloaded the software

The xTool S1 is a fantastic machine. Swing design was an outstanding company to order from. Fast shipping and great communication!

Item was showing on backorder when I purchased, was expecting about a week for it to ship. It shipped out the next day!

This is going to be a Christmas present so I can only speak on that it got here in good timing amd it was the most reasonable price.. also they have been sending me helpful information on using it and so on, which I will be able to forward to the person who will be receiving it :)

We recently upgraded to Business Studio and absolutely love it. Still have a lot of learning to do. There are plenty of how-to videos on YouTube to help with the learning curve. The upgrade is well worth the money. Thank you Swing Design for your services.
