So far this dtf printer has been awesome, from everything I have read and from instructions the key to the printer running smoothly is open and closing cleanings daily

Great service

Was an easy process to buy. Was the cheapest price we could find for the product. Very happy with purchase.

great company to deal with solves your problem no issues!

i hate it and cannot figure out how to even get into Silhouette
Studio after downloading it. to be honest, i am sorry i bought it

Everything came as ordered. Install support is top notch to get you started!

Great communication and speedy delivery. We are very happy with our first experience with your company. Thanks for the great service. You definitely exceed our expectations! Thank you! Bobby Duncan

This is my first cutting machine, so this review is from a complete newbie. It arrived quickly and was packed well. The guides are packaged with the discount cards in a zip top baggie and is the exact same size as the inner flaps of the shipping box so make sure to look under the bottom flaps if you cannot find the guides.
The guides themselves are very basic and take you step by step through the setup process, if you are fairly computer savvy, you most likely wont find any additional information in them.
I purposefully bought the bundle so I can use all the vinyl to practice on because yes, you will make mistakes. Watch lots of videos, keep in mind each machine has it's own 'quirks', so the settings for one machine may be a bit different for another machine-start with lower numbers and work your way up.
Have not had a chance to use the sketch pens yet, but have made several vinyl decals and lace edged cards. I'm very impressed with the software and thankful Silhouette has the basic version available for free to play with. Being able to try out the software and testing it to see if I could design things is what helped me make my decision on purchasing the machine.
I am limited on space and don't have a dedicated craft room so the only thing I dislike about the Plus is that there is no dust cover or carrying bag for it, so now I have to pull out my sewing machine and put my Cameo...uh, somewhere...

came right on time packeged really good

This item was ordered for me as a Christmas present so my review is late in coming. However, the order shipped quickly and arrived on time. Unboxing was easy and I love the Gift Cards itncomes with to So Fontsy! Thank you!! Also included were sublimation blanks to practice on, which is wonderful!
This is the 2nd item I've gotten from this company and so far I am impressed and a happy customer!

Great heat press and very fast shipping and process of ordering with Swing Design.

I will submit my review for the actual heat press and not the extras that came with it. The heat press itself works very well. The instructions were included and when followed, the user should have minimal issues. I've used my heat press not only on shirts but coasters, hats, and plates. No complaints here about the machine. Really great purchase.

This has to be the greatest entry level cutters on the market for a small busines , super fast shipping and customer service Thanks for a great machine and service.

Great service, quick shipping considering it was week before Christmas.

Like everything from Silhouette and Swing Design, this is top notch. I bought this for projects larger than the Cameo 4 but smaller than my 24" Cameo Pro. You won't be disappointed.

Love it Thank you

I am very please with this bundle. It has everything I need to start using my Cameo pro
