Awesomeness

Fantastic purchase very happy

I am extremely happy with all products that I purchased! This is the second big purchase that I have made from them.

The brother se600 is just amazing. Everything is easy to understand I didn’t have any knowledge about sewing and now I’m doing Amazing!

The printer and supplies arrived quickly and well-packed. Everything I ordered was included in the package. I wish I had been offered a choice in inks. After researching inks, I found I would have liked a different one and with Sawgrass you cannot change inks.

I love this ink and will be purchasing more in the future.

Everything was delivered in a timely manner even with the holiday rush. Only complaint is a dent in the control box on the heat press. unit still works as it should

arrived quickly and was exactly what I was looking for

Everything I expected it to be and so far so good

Received quickly and packaged securely as to not damage the bottle during shipping!!

Fast shipping, and good email communication. I haven't opened yet since it's for a Christmas present.

i still can't get it to work this. it doesn't cut all the way in.
i will be selling it.

I have yet to explore the Business upgrade itself, and I am sure that I will be satisfied.the code itself was confusing because upgrading from basic to pro or whatever, then to business wasn't clear, but it did work as it should. It my was as lso confusing to know what what to do after the instructions said to open or install the "mid level /pro?"So version, but I only had the basic edition. But it did work, but the UX wasn't great. In the end, the "instant code" did work, even through the confusion, and itself deserves a higher rating.

The reason for my 3 star review is how confusing the system is. I signed up for a business subscription on Swing Design, I think, and it was not the right thing. I know it's probably clearer for others to understand, but I didn't. Then I couldn't seem to undo or edit this. Also, I was not aware that there was a business edition bundle which included the graphic design software. I understand that I can't just take back purchases, but if I made a mistake, and I pay more money for what I was looking for, then I believe that could be considered. Or if I want to upgrade the bundle, then I should have been able to pay the difference, or more probable, refund the original upgrade and paid for the bundle package. But the integration between silhouette, the design store, and Swing design made it tough. I hope the directions. I hope all of this is considered, and can be improved it's just all made more difficult than needed.

Great service

Just wonderful. Couldn’t do without it.

Since upgrading to Business Studio I have been able to utilise a lot more functions. I am really having fun with my Cameo 4, having made many things in the short time I have owned it. I think being quite knowledgeable with Microsoft Publisher and other software has really helped.

Love it! Definitely a big learning curve but have been able to figure everything out with the help of youtube & Melissa from Silhouette U!

Great

alles bestens, gerne wieder!
