SWING DESIGN CUSTOMER SERV: OUTSTANDING. THANK YOU DONNA.
There were software issues and silhouette was never available. I purchased the extended software and extra blades. I did return the machine and failed to ask about the return of purchase for the upgrade and how to return the blades. I was very disappointed in the silhouette pro and lack of support from silhouette. I also purchased around 300$ for designs added to the silhouette software and there was no button to remove them. Only an import button. No export. I am to say the least very frustrated. THANKFULLY Donna from Swing Design returned the machine for me. I’m very thankful for swing designs customer service. Outstanding.
