Swing Design 7-in-1 Tumbler Heat Press 20oz/30oz Bundle - Pink
Had to wait a couple of months to get my press but definitely worth the wait. Great customer service. I emailed to see when the press was expected and they emailed right back with an answer. The bundle with the machine is great lots of stuff to practice on!!

Sawgrass Virtuoso SG500 Sublimation Printer, Ink, Paper, Blanks Bundle
Installation was easy, however the next day the printer showed offline. If the power goes out or if the printer gets shut off it is very difficult to get reconnected and each time I have to have customer support remote into my computer. This is very frustrating.

Swing Design 7-in-1 Tumbler Heat Press 20oz/30oz Bundle - Pink
I did my first mug and it came out great. I have never done one before. I also did a tumbler and it came out alright. I'm not sure if it was the design or my print. I still like that I can sublimate on any size tumbler.
