Great service. Recently ordered the SG1000 for my wife for Mother's Day. The box arrived with the printer damaged. Notified Swing design and a replacement printer was sent immediately along with arranging UPS pick up for the damaged one. Great service!

Love this it’s a bit hard as you have to set up on your own and figure everything. It took a while to get it delivered but it’s worth it ones it arrived ☺️

Geo Knight DK20S Digital Swing Away Heat Press - 16" x 20"
So far this has been a great press. Seems to have a very even hot plate. The only problem I have is that the pressure reading is uneasy to attain or hold.
