Very satisfied with this purchase I absolutely love it. I am confused as to where to find the purchase of the digital content as I believe I purchased the upgraded version which would be the business edition however never received anything confirming this purchase? Otherwise highly recommend this is an amazing machine and truly ups the game

Swing Design 15" x 15" Craft Heat Press - Turquoise
I do enjoy working with this heat press but even on light pressure it is difficult to open and also find that the handle cover is not stationed. It rotates and moves every time I grab it. One main issue I am having with this machine is see the time information. It is difficult to make out the numbers.

Silhouette Studio Designer Edition PLUS to Business Edition Digital Upgrade - Instant Code
While it was easy to purchase the upgrade I am finding it’s not so easy to apply the code I keep getting an error and no one can give me a clear answer yet as to why

Hi Jennifer, in looking at your image it seems like you currently do not have Designer Edition Plus. This upgrade is for Designer Edition Plus to Business. If you have Basic Edition you would need to go to Designer Edition Plus first. That can be found here https://www.swingdesign.com/products/silhouette-studio-designer-edition-plus
