don't know how people embroider without this. Reduces time makes for consistent embroidery. I'm willing to purchase more hoops so I can increase production!!! Great product and Swing Design got the package to me quick. Packaging was great!

Love this size magnetic hoop.

Fast and great service.

I really love it and it makes doing cuts without the sticky cutting mats so much easier!!! Fast Shipping and Good Prices.

Great service. First time order. Will continue ordering from this company….

This product has come highly recommended by friends and I decided to incorporate it into my crafting equipment. Tried it out last weekend and was totally impressed with the functionality and quality of the product

I bought an embroidery machine through walmart that these guys fulfilled. Months later, it broke and both Walmart and the manufacturer left me hanging. These guys jumped in and made me whole even though they didn't have to. I am amazed that customer service like this even exists in our modern world. Anything that I buy in the future that they sell, I will be buying from them!

I ordered a product bundle from Swing Design in April, 2025 because they had everything I was looking for in one place, and a reasonable price for all of it purchased together. Due to some circumstances outside of Swing Design’s control, the delivery date for the Epson F6470 Dye Sublimation Printer that I ordered kept being pushed back…month after month. Each time I called to check on my order status, Swing Design’s staff were courteous, understanding, and empathetic to my situation. The problem was with the manufacturer, not with the company that sold me the product. I appreciated Swing Design’s efforts to fulfill my order, their open communication, and their patience with me. When I last spoke with them in August, they said it may not arrive for another couple of months, as it was up to the manufacturer to decide which backorders to fulfill first. I was disappointed but understood the predicament. When I received an email a few weeks later letting me know that my printer had finally been shipped to me, I was ecstatic! It arrived in a decent amount of time, and was incredibly well packaged. I may have had to wait 5 months to receive my order, but without Swing Design’s excellent customer service it would have been an aggravating process. Thank you Swing Design! I will be ordering from you again in the future!

Great product. Quick shipment

I left my new magic hoop. I just need to get one a couple more sizes, but it’s just so dangerous because it’s so strong but I really do love it. I will definitely be buying more.

I order my first sewing embroidery machine from Swing Design because of the great reviews they received. I am new to embroidery and I wanted to make sure I could get what was needed to begin my journey from a company with good customer service and reputation. Let me tell you that they did not disappoint! My order arrived fast, packaged very well and as expected. I was missing one item and when I emailed customer support they took care of it immediately. I will be a repeat customer for my other needs as well in the near future. Thank you for the awesome experience.
