Thank you for having great products and having a lot of items for Silhouette machines, which brick stores do not have. Your communication is great, as is your prompt shipping.

Bernette B35 Sewing Machine with Deluxe Sewing Bundle
This sewing machine is a joy to work with. I am by no means an expert sewer and I bought this to replace an old Singer that I gave away four years ago. I read a lot of reviews and this seemed to be the machine for me. I also taught my 11 year old son to use this machine so he may work on his Spiderman costume. He is trying to make the perfect mask for Spiderman and he has had no trouble with this since I taught him in late Jan 2022.
He has never sewn before and is managing the machine quite nicely.
I find that the bobbin is easy to use and while we have not used any advance features like the button hole, etc. We find it works very well for the current needs.
I think this is a great machine and I totally recommend it to other and I am quite pleased with the company I ordered it from and the supplies it came with.
