Swing Design 15" x 15" PRO Slide Out Heat Press - Pink
Love my new heat press!! It is a little heavy, but very worth it. No worries about burned knuckles with the pull out drawer that keeps your hands well away from the heat.

Love the designer edition! Using the "cut by line color" and "select color" tools is game changing in terms of working with flat jpeg designs in Design Studio!

USED Silhouette Portrait 3 Vinyl Cutting Machine - 8" Width
Shipping was prompt but incomplete. It was shipped without the cable but that was quickly remedied. Also I was originally told this used machine was under warranty. But after I bought it and tried to register it, I was told there was no warranty. The Swing Design rep contacted Silhouette and got them to reestablish the full one year warranty. Yay! I really appreciate how they took ownership of misinformation and found a way to put my mind at ease about purchasing a used machine.

Swing Design 15" x 15" Swing Away 8-in-1 Heat Press - Pink
Love my 8 in 1! Haven’t used the plates yet the rest are perfect. The only thing I did notice is the pink paint chips off where the nuts are located in the center.

Silhouette Cameo 4 PRO - 24" w/ Oracal 651 24" Wide Vinyl Rolls, Tools, Guides
I have worked on a professional plotter in my industry for years, this is the first time trying swing design products and so far i have been 100% satisfied with the material and machine. If i had any feedback it would be to have a brochure with step by step putting it together and setup, not just online. It was abit tricky and took 10 different other peoples youtube videos to help me get it together and working. It was stressful, other than that its a tad loud but i hear that's normal. Its a wonderful machine and has been great to work with.
