Silhouette Cameo 4 PRO - 24" w/ Advanced Blade Pack, 38 Sheets Vinyl, HTV, Pens
I honestly haven't even unboxed my machine yet. I have read so many negative reviews of the machine and I am brand new to this type of machine. I have never owned a Cricut so I am starting with a blank knowledge slate and am very excited about learning all of the things the machine can do. I can say shipping was fast!

Hi Melissa, thank you for the review and selecting our company to purchase from. Many of the negative reviews we see are due to the learning curve with the machine. If you have any issues please email us at support@swingdesign.com Also, Silhouette School is a great resource for leaning proper techniques with the Pro. https://www.silhouetteschoolblog.com/

Swing Design 15" x 15" PRO Slide Out Heat Press - Pink
Extremely quick shipping. I have only gotten to use the machine a few times so far, but all have turned out great. Overall at this point I would recommend this machine. The only thing I would note when considering is the machine does seem to “jump” when using high pressure. That mage be my table, but feel like it should be more stable than it is.

It’s a nice starter press. Found to run 20 degrees hot. And the knob to adjust pressure is extremely hard to turn

StarCraft Inkjet Printable Heat Transfer 10 Sheet Pack - Light Materials
As far as the print out I loved it but to weed out your design from the backing, almost impossible. I had to put it in my software and use my silhouette cameo to cut a box around the design to get the backing off.
Had it been a whole page design I would have tossed it.

Roland BN-20 Desktop 20" Eco-Solvent Printer & Cutter w/ CMMYK Inks
Love the printer...I paid $1,500 for an additional 2 year warranty however still waiting to receive because Roland's website says I only have 1 year. This is the reason for 4 stars.

Hi Gary, I reached out to Roland on this. They are in the process of updating your account and warranty. It can take them a week or 2 to do so. They did confirm that the additional 2 years will be added soon to your account. We will be following up with Roland to ensure it is in your account. Right now you have the 1 year, once updated it will give you 3 years total. If anything comes up in the meantime please let us know - support@swingdesign.com Best, Will -owner
