Silhouette White Cameo 4 PRO - 24" w/ Autoblade, Mat, Roll Feeder
The print and cut feature does not work. Apparently this is a well known problem. There is no number to call silhoutte for help. I have emailed them, messaged them, tried chatting with them. Finally was told to send an email with a code in the subject line. I got a response asking for a file i was tt4rying sent that and its now been 2 days no response. This is the biggest waste of money ever. I use that feature daily so i just spent a ton of money for something i cant use more get help to see if they can fix the issue

Silhouette Studio Designer Edition to Business Edition Digital Upgrade - Instant Code
The upgrade code was sent very quickly by email. - I should have gone to the Business Edition straight away, instead of getting the Designer Edition first. The new features are worth it.
