Silhouette Studio Basic Edition is a great program that does a lot more than I expected. I use Illustrator, and SSBE blew me away with it's functionality. I'm very happy with the product and I'm considering upgrading to the pro version soon. Side note, I love the startup splash screen as well! ;)

StarCraft 15" x 15" Clam Shell Heat Press Bundle - Mint
Wonderful customer service! I received my order so fast. And I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. I was skeptical at first because I had never heard of this company and the prices were lower than competitors. I did my research and found reviews on credible sites and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad that I did. This is my new plug..lol.

Swing Design Digital Coffee Mug & Cup Heat Press - Pink
Loving it so far. Pay attention to where the "Enter" button is. I overlooked that in the instruction book - thinking it would be on the FRONT of the machine along with the rest of the setting inputs. It is on the side and looks like a fuse reset button. Once I had that figured out, everything went smoothly. Have only tried Infusible Inks (transfer sheets and the pens) so far - and each time they came out great. I do not have a sublimation printer and since I personally don't like using polyester items, I'll likely just do mugs and tumblers and this is perfect for my needs. Swing Design customer support is AWESOME!
