Silhouette Cameo Strong Grip Cutting Mat 12" x 12"
The service at SWING was great, but the Silhouette cutting mats just don't seem to hold up well for me. Maybe I'm cutting too deeply, but the test corner is already shot and I've only used it a few times. And they are expensive!

Silhouette Studio to Business Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
This has been a great purchase! Not only was it half the price of silhouette studio it also came with a gift card which basically paid for the upgrade and gave me 50 in credits. It’s been awesome.

Silhouette Cameo 4 PRO - 24" w/ Blade & Tool Pack, Pen Holder, Guides, Designs
Everything arrived as described and in working order. The updates on shipping was much appreciated. I went through all the guides and materials in the box some were very helpful and others were unnecessary but appreciated .
I am giving Swing Design a 5 star review because you all did well. The silhouette machine gets a 4. As the Bluetooth is finicky and I believe silhouette could make improvements in their design studio… or at least , make it less expensive to use illustrator to cut or import designs with. Highly disappointing to spend so much on a machine and then have to spend $60 more dollars on software upgrades to use it properly. Again not the fault of Swing but thought you’d like to know.
