So I am a novice with sublimation, crafting, etc. But I really wanted to jumpstart my journey so I decided to make an investment and purchase the Sawgrass UHD Virtuoso SG1000 Sublimation Printer Bundle with Bypass Tray from Swing Design. I must say that I am thoroughly impressed thus far. From the customer service, to the quality of the machines, I really think that I have hit the jackpot. So no matter if you are a novice like me or a dedicated professional, I think that you will be pleasantly surprised by the printer and company.

I have 2 Husqvarna Viking embroidery machines for years now and they are great. However, since recently purchasing this Brother PRS100 I can do things like baby onesies, totes & ball caps that I cannot do on my Epic machine because it is a tubuilar embroidery machine . I have only used it a couple of times and have not tried the cap driver set yet but am looking forward to seeing how it does.
It is different than my other 2 machines since different company & format but am learning quickly as easy it is very user friendly touchscreen and is an easy learning curve. The machine was packed extremely well for it's shipping! Prob better than I have seen anything packed in a few years! We just put it on the stand that is made for it and it rolls very nicely which is really important for me because my craft room is so small, and I will be moving it around when not in use to be able to get to other parts of my craft stuff that it blocks when not in use.
customer service has been very good and quick to respond to any inquiries I have had so I feel confident in making this purchase from them.
Am very excited to be learning this new machine.. fun so far!

so wonderful because it gives me the ability to embroider

Great people and customer service. Dona and Lucas provide great assistance every time I called for updates and support.

Cameo 5 bundle was a good value, but i was missing a mat that I never did receive. Other than that, swing design did ship it fast and the machine works great.

Fast Shipping. Very Communicative.

I upgraded from the M1. The Ultra is a nice machine. It is easier to work with , eventhough it has no cameras. I haven’t tried anything other than engraving on wood. I am surprised with the quality and how easy it is to use. I am looking forward to trying out the extra tools this machine comes with.

Once I got the hang of it I used it everyday since. I have had it not even two weeks I can’t wait to create!

A good price for new genuine Silhouette mats that always work! Prompt shipping too. Thanks.

I just purchased the bundle, and so far I really love it. It was easy to set up and get started and although I have a lot to learn about the machine and what it can do, I am impressed so far. Looking forward to learning how to use everything correctly & effectively

easy to order needs and quick turnaround times

Prompt quality customer service.

Great product

Great machine. Love it

I downloaded the software to check it out. However, I cannot get past the upgrade to the Pro version to see if I like the version I downloaded. Very confusing and not user friendly.

It's taken me some time to get use to it, but so far i love using it
