I needed a new machine as mine quit on me. This was a great price that included the blades I needed. Shipping was fast. I love ordering from swing designs.

I’m very happy with the product

orders are prompt!

So far so good. Do not have machine completely set up yet.

I have 2 Husqvarna Viking embroidery

machines for years now and they are

great. However, since recently purchasing

this Brother PRS100 I can do things like

baby onesies, totes & ball caps that I

cannot do on my Epic machine because it

is a tubuilar embroidery machine . I have

only used it a couple of times and have

not tried the cap driver set yet but am

looking forward to seeing how it does.

It is different than my other 2 machines

since different company & format but am

learning quickly as easy it is very user

friendly touchscreen and is an easy

learning curve. The machine was packed

extremely well for it's shipping! Prob

better than I have seen anything packed in

a few years! We just put it on the stand

that is made for it and it rolls very nicely

which is really important for me because

my craft room is so small, and I will be

moving it around when not in use to be

able to get to other parts of my craft stuff

that it blocks when not in use. Customer service has been very good and

quick to respond to any inquiries I have

had so I feel confident in making this

purchase from them.

Am very excited to be learning this new

machine.. fun so far!

Very well packed, great assembly instructions. Love that it moves easily with the wheels that also lock.
Good storage areas for all accessories...love it!

This printer is huge! I love it's ease of use, clear directions for assembly and unboxing and LCD screen. The prompts took me right through the process of setting it up. I wish I had known that the printer is not yet compatible with my laptop processor. It took me 3 phone calls to finally reach someone at Epson who could tell me why I could not connect to the printer. I have a SnapDragon processer. The tech said they know about this issue and hope to resolve it in the future. But the first 2 techs took me through a whole bunch of steps....my husband is a tech guy so we aready did all them twice....so when we finally got a competent tech guy, he knew right away what the issue was. Epson needs to train their guys better about this processor issue. My laptop is brand new and bought from a National Retailer. I can't be the only person with this issue. I wish I had known, so I could have bought a laptop with differetn processor. All in all, once the printer was connected to my husbands computer, it works well. I'm sure I will love using it more once this issue is worked out.

I found this stand to be easy to assemble and perfect for my Epson Printer. I love that it can roll around when needed and the catch basket can be folded up when not in use. The stand arrived quickly and on time. I will order future products from Swing Design.

My only issue is that I did not receive any Guides or Silhouette classes etc.

Happy with my purchase!

Threading needle does not work. Disappointed in my purchase. Not happy with it.

Love, love , love my hoop.. ready to purchase another

We ordered the complete Eco Sol Max 2 ink set and it came promptly in great condition. Ordering was easy and it shipped quickly

I love that it is so versatile! I haven’t created anything as of yet but I am looking forward to creating many beautiful things

I bought my Sawgrass sg500, sublimation paper and ink. They've been great!

Everything was fast and convenient. I got exactly what I expected quickly!!

Great product

This is the second cutter purchase that I have made. Their prices are low, and shipping is fast. Quality products.

Perfect for using to convert embroidery files over to be used with the BAi mirror

I searched for the best price on this product and Swing Design had it. Everything arrived quickly, as described, and I am very happy with it. Also, love the product itself.
