In terms of the embroidery machine itself it is pretty cool. Love the ability to do larger projects without tapping into the commercial size machine. It was missing the stylus, so I had to order some from Amazon. But other than that no issues.

The best purchase I could have made to make things simpler for my embroidery business. Such a quick and easy way to hoop items and honestly such a game changer!

I'll tell you I was skeptical about this purchase. The price was too good to be true. I assumed maybe they took out the Automatic Material System from the box or had super high shipping costs, but it was included and shipping was free. It came with ten rolls of Bambu filament too.

I accidentally placed the order (gosh don't ask, but don't add things to the basket when you are tired and your glasses aren't on). I mentioned this to them on the email they sent and they offered to cancel my order, which is great, but who can't use another printer? Too bad I wasn't looking at the four pack of printers that night. :) Shipping was fast too.

From my experience I recommend this business. If you buy, tell them I said hi. :)

Doesn’t work.

The bundle was great. I did have an issue with an item in the bundle and Swing Design apologized and sending out a replacement. They have been very communicative. Some companies take days to answer back. They may take a few hours but I don’t think I have waited more than 20 hours between messages from them.

One thing I will warn of when ordering. As of the writing of this review they still have a glitch that they are working to resolve in their website’s software. It is the insurance option is not tethering to the bundles when you click on it and you have to repeatedly remove from cart and rechoose your bundle until it does. If you google between colors to see if it will attach there, It likely will eventually, and you may end up with a color you weren’t really crazy about, OR worse accessories that don’t match your machine. Triple check. And if this does happen, Email them immediately of the issue and your color scheme. Don’t wait til morning because Orders go out lightening quick! And then you’ll have to pay to send the machine or the accessory back, and THAT AIN’T CHEAP! But my daughter loves her new machine! Thank you, Swing Design!

It was fast shipping. Good so far

I’m so happy to make this major purchase for my business. I can’t wait to start creating.

What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! From ordering to delivery! And the AMAZING TRAINER! The trainer Tony from the beginning was so worth every penny! He made me confident and tested me as we went along with setup. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️❤️

I appreciate that everything is categorized so nicely that it makes ordering the exact product I'm looking for a breeze!

Although you are able to download this programme free from Swing Design, Print Manager has been discontinued and doesn't work anymore.

gaveup can not conect studio. will scrap it

So far this ink had did what it is designed to do and the color is beautiful

Swing design was excellent. Procolored not so much. They need to get better instructional videos and include written in English version of those instructions. The software install is henderous. I had to contact customer service 4 times.

Great customer service; great product; quick shipping; super response time!

The metallic gold toner added the perfect touch of elegance to the invitations I designed. It was easy to use and looked great.

The people at Swing Design were very accommodating. Thank you.

I love it. I can now save as SVG . That is important to m

The fabric is loosely woven. It did not do well at absorbing the ink of the printer. I bought this brand and another brand. The other brand was good to fair. This brand was poor. I have used several brands. This was the worst.

Excellent customer service

Mats came in a cardboard sleeve which I appreciated, as the mail carrier tend to bend things to fit them in my mail box. This was left outside my door! Mats were nicely packaged.
