Ich bin ein Neuling auf diesem Gebiet und Taste mich noch heran. Bin aber sehr Glücklich mit der Business Edition .

I was creating a 7ft. dandelion for Vacation Bible School at my church and my Autoblade got dull. I needed hundreds of them cut and I was running out of time. I got them in plenty of time and at a great price! Thank you. Great Product-Great Price- Great Service!

I am over the moon with my new embroidery machine!

I have been purchasing many great items from them, already working ready to profit ✨

Great bundle. quick shipping! initially had an issue with trying to use a Surface pro with ARM technology and Snapdragon processor... support quickly responded and guided me through identifying the correct specifications needed. luckily i was able to exchange the Surface pro for a Dell laptop with Intel processor... latter issue was my mistake, overall experience with Swing Design was 5 star

Happy with purchase. I like how it’s working. And I like it have wifi connection and cloud for sending pictures directly from my laptop. Was missing 2 wheels and destroyed coverage in transportation, but machine works nice. The threads so bright. It’s took a little bit learning with hat installation. Institch software in development so I have to learn more about it. I used to watch youtube and google videos with software settings because it’s work different from my janome but I love this BAI and recommend this store.

Love everything in this bundle. Good way to try different items. Great variety

While the machine is “meh,” itʻs nothing special and now that I have used it for half a year, Iʻm simply grateful that it works, as my previous Brother machine was a constant battle to use. This machine however, does have a “hum” once the power button is turned on, so not sure whatʻs up with that. But what irritates me the most is the shipping of the order. My Brother machine had completely stopped working, and I was in the middle of a project with a due date. I ordered the machine on 1/9/2025 and requested 2nd Day Air expecting I would get it within 3 days at most. I was concerned when I saw the tracking was for 1/14/2025 delivery, so I emailed on 1/10 asking if that could possibly be right, since Iʻd spent $180 for 2nd Day Air. They ignored me. I wrote again on 1/13/2025 having not yet gotten the machine, but insisting that 5 days does not qualify as 2nd Day Air, as regular ground-shipping would have gotten it to me in 5 days, and that I was due a shipping refund. Again I was ignored. I wrote once more asking for a shipping refund since the cost of $180 for 2-Day Air was a gross miscommunication on their part. And again I was ignored. TERRIBLE customer service. You can get these machines elsewhere. WARNING: Do not pay for 2nd-Day Air shipping, as it will take 5 days.

This is my favorite brand of printable HTV. Definitely recommend

I did my research and Swing Design had the best Brother SE2000 bundles available. Order arrived quickly and support has been great, thanks for the help Donna!

Great

I just bought this machine new. I have used for a week and I have not getting any good results trying to cut stickers. It doesn’t alight properly. Calibration system isn’t working. It needs a mat otherwise the paper comes out. It is a total mess. I have spent hours and never could figure out what is wrong with it. Very simple is doesn’t work.

Colors are nice and it transfers easily.

It was quick and easy to place the order. I received the access code quickly and it worked just fine.

erg fijn en goed programma, ik moet er nog wel mee leren werken. Erg makkelijk: je krijgt een code toegestuurd, invoeren en de upgraden is klaar! Dank, Susan

Thank you for the easy installation instructions & the affordable price on the Business Edition. Install was quick & easy & I'm so glad I purchased the upgrade.

The folks I dealt with at Swing Design and financing were top notch in delivering all information needed. The unit arrived in great packaging to protect the unit. Unboxing was a breeze. Thank you for quality products to help launch our business to the next level.

We bought a package with the BAI Vision 2 head and it was a great deal. Easy purchase and fast shipping with no issues.

The software and printhead height adjustment took a little bit of trial and error, but once I got it, it worked fantastic! Color and print quality are perfect.

Shipping was fast an seamless. Inks had different expiration dates, but were at least 14 months out. Way I use my printer (micro business) I'll be running out of ink about the time they expire again
