Sawgrass UHD Virtuoso SG1000 Sublimation Printer & Ink Bundle
As always using the Swing Design website was very easy to navigate to find what I what I was looking for. I already knew the Sawgrass 1000 was what I wanted since I already had an SG400. I ordered on a Sunday evening and it was at my door by Tuesday afternoon. I’ve always been pleased with Swing’s fast shipping. Highly recommend using them!

Silhouette White Cameo 4 w/ Updated Autoblade, 3x Speed, Roll Feeder
I got the Machine in Dec 2020 but finally got around to using May 2021.
There so many issues that it's driving me up the wall.
Also, the machine doesn't even cut anything.
I even went out to buy more blades but nothing.
I know people who have it and it works wonders. They tell me it my machine that's acting crappy.
I spent over $400 on Cameo 4 for it not to work.
Shipping was fine.
What I order came in the box.
Packaging was fine as well.

Hi, make sure that the blade depth is set to #2 for vinyl or smooth heat transfer. Also make sure the software is set to cut vs. no cut.
