Silhouette White Cameo 4 w/ 26 Oracal Glossy Sheets, Guides, 24 Sketch Pens, and More
Cameo did not work right out of the box. After troubleshooting with Silhouette and sending them video of what it was doing they confirmed it was defective and asked me to send it back. I did so immediately but they still have not sent a replacement. Swing Design has been supportive through this but I have serious concerns about the quality of this product and I still have no Cameo in my home.

Hi Kris, it looks like it might be a blade or blade setting issue with the replacement machine. Make sure the cut depth is set to a #2. Also our customer service team is following up to make sure the issue is resolved.
