Love my Cameo 5 & their customer service!
Verified Buyer
Silhouette Black Cameo 5 w/ Advanced Blade Pack, 38 Oracal Sheets, Siser HTV
I ordered a black Cameo 5, but I received a pink one instead. I emailed customer service and they were very prompt with their reply. We went back and forth with emails until the Pink one was returned, and, I received my black one. They even allowed me to keep some of the items that were in the box with the pink Cameo. When I received my black one, those same items were in that box as well. I order my Cameo 3 from them in 2016, I think, and my heat press in around 2022. I've never had any issues with their products or their service. I will continue to order from them. I've recommended them to others. They're an amazing company to work with.

Shipment Delayed

Silhouette Cameo 2 Touch Screen Starter Bundle, 2 Blades 2 mats, and Vinyl Starter Kit and More!
I placed my order on December 22, hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas and New Year as a gift. Unfortunately, it's now January 14, and I’m still waiting. The delay is very disappointing, especially during the holiday season when timely delivery is so important. I’d appreciate clear communication about the status of my order and a resolution as soon as possible.

Silhouette Studio Basic Edition Latest Version for PC and MAC - Free
I bought a Cameo Pro 4 when they first came out. It took me months to pay off the machine and now I have to buy more updated version of the software program to use the machine? I got a new computer and had to download another software to new pc. I spent $9.99/month when I first got the Cameo 4 pro and never received anything for all that money. Now they want more money so I can get the machine I already purchased to work the way and for what I bought it for? Am I missing something? Not happy with all the money through the last few years I have spent to have a machine that has a free software program that doesn’t function up to par. For what I bought the Cameo 4 Pro for? Plus the extra $240 of memberships that’s almost $1,000 already and I still can’t have an upgraded software with having to pay more and more money?

Bernette B70 10" x 6" Embroidery Machine with 160 Embroidery Thread Spools
I purchased this embroidery machine after much research over a long period of time. I am so glad I decided to go ahead and buy it from SwingDesign. Not only was it a great price, but they included 160 spools of New Brothread embroidery thread! I was ready to go as soon as the package arrived. The machine works great and I'm very happy with it. I didn't receive all the extras listed with it such as stabilizer and pressing pad. I did get the thread which was the main thing.

The process was really easy and the customer service has been great. The products are terrific and the fact that a rep flies out to assist with setup and training is a vital piece that was also a great experience. Quality of this printer is top notch and the whole experience has been terrific.

Best Choice Ever!

Silhouette Black Cameo 5 with Electrostatic Grip Mat Attachment
I recently decided to upgrade my 12 inch machine from the Cameo 2 to the newly released Cameo 5. I absolutely love this machine. It is so quiet and fast compared to the 2! I also have the 24” Cameo 4 pro, and the 5 is even more quiet than it is. Making the decision to buy this new model of the Cameo, was the best choice ever!

Uninet IColor 560 White Toner Printer Business Bundle w/ Media, $1044 Software
I love this printer! Yes, there is a learning curve. However, after watching the masterclass videos before I tried transferring and pressing, I had no problem. The only criticism I have is the setup instructions I received weren't quite right and I couldn't the printer to print. I called Uninet. Everyone was busy so I left a message. They not only called back within the hour, they fixed the problem in 5 minutes. The price of this printer is a little steep for a crafter but worth every penny!
