Sawgrass Virtuoso SG1000 & SG800 Bypass Tray - Print up to 51" Long
The item was easy to order, arrived quickly and easy to set up. Where I've struggled is in learning how to use it and having to search You Tube for videos on this bypass tray. Sawgrass doesn't seem to have many other than how to install it.
Also, when making purchases it would be great to receive future coupons for Swing Design orders and not just for So Fontsy.
I think once I can learn how to properly use this item, then I will like it. As of now, it's just a struggle.

Silhouette Studio to Business Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
I am new to cutting machines and their softwares. I was advised to upgrade to Business edition for the full benefit of the software. A link to your site was also advised. I found the Business upgrade easily, and added it to my cart. It appeared that if I bought this upgrade, then I would also receive a hundred dollar gift card on designs for free. In checkout, you offered this gift card for purchase. This was confusing to me and I didn't purchase the card in hopes the free card would show in my confirmation email. My email contained an image of this card, so I thought I had received the card. I later spent a few hours selecting items as directed by you, only to find at checkout that I did not actually receive the gift card. The code to enter into Silhouette's software worked without issues. I have not yet used it as I am still setting up everything. I have made purchases elsewhere. If I encounter difficulty with receiving and using the 15% discount that you are offering, then my decision to buy from you will greatly be diminished. I don't need the headache.

OMG…I am so impressed with the print color quality of this printer. I made the most beautiful ceramic Christmas ornaments. The Care support is outstanding and the videos I have watched have been easy to follow, thorough and precise.

Oracal 651 Glossy Adhesive Vinyl Sheets 12" x 12" - 10 Sheet Pack
This is my second purchase from Swing Design. The vinyl shipped fast and was packaged flat, which I prefer. I am very pleased to be able to buy my Oracal 651 at a reasonable price. I too am a small business, but I do not need large quantities of most colors. Thank you!

Works very well. Wish you could see what the exact temp is while something is being cooked and that the timer counted down the seconds instead of only minutes.
