Brother SE600 Sewing & Embroidery Machine w/ 4" x 4" Embroidery Area Bundle
I can't write enough about how good this company is. I received my machine on time and it was packed extremely well. However, there seemed to be a glitch in the computer and it seemed like perhaps there was something wrong. I wrote to them and explained the situation and they asked for a photo of the touch screen and within a day, they sent me a return lavel so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping. They received the machine back and within a day had refunded me the full amount. I will definitely be buying from them again. Service like this is a rare event in today's world and I was so pleased with the service I received from Swing Design.

Silhouette Black Cameo 4 w/ Advanced Blade Pack, 38 Oracal Sheets, Siser HTV
Update: customer service did send a GC to cover the cost of a new blade which I appreciated Thank you!
Completely mixed review! The bundle was really nice to be able to get going on projects upon arrival. I did however get a faulty auto blade which took WAY too many hours to diagnose and a ton of waisted material. This was so stressful I almost returned the machine. After getting a functioning blade I have been successfully cutting numerous material types. I contacted customer service prior to writing this review and wasn’t offered anything as a resolution (not even a replacement blade) which definitely lost a star. Something to note is the machine is quite noisy. Overall once troubleshooting I am happy with it and look forward to learning all the things it can do.

Hi Carissa, l asked the team to follow up with you to see how we can help. They sent over $15 GC to cover the blade cost. Sometimes the issue can be a software setting vs. the blade. If you need any further help please reach out to support@swingdesign.com and we can assist with any setting questions or blade issues. Best, Will

Brother SE600 Sewing & Embroidery Machine w/ 4" x 4" Embroidery Area Bundle
I was looking for a Brother sewing/embroidery combo machine. I couldn't find the model SE400 that I wanted anywhere, but when I looked at the SE600, I found it at Swing Design. I read a review about Swing Design where someone said that Swing Design was the only company who didn't raise their prices on machines during the pandemic. Brother website showed a list price. Everyone else was selling it for $200 over that, but not Swing Design. Not only did they have it in stock, it was reasonably priced. Based on the reviews, I decided to order. My new sewing machine was shipped within a day and arrived quickly. I am glad I supported this small business.
