Would have given a 5, but initially my code couldn’t enter. Great customer service so the new code worked fine. Never had any problems before, and don’t expect to in the future .

Silhouette Black Cameo 4 w/ 26 Oracal Glossy Sheets, Guides, 24 Sketch Pens, and More
till now working fine. I am realy enjoying this machine. I did have some issues installing the software.( dll missing error) but i solved it. Also this purchase includes 100 free designs from sillouete ,but i can't download them and update my library. I tried cutting glossy vynil and had some trouble with it. I set the plotter in force 3 an passes 2 and the second pass was not on the first pas. Besides all of this it works great. Have not tried the t shirt vinyl yet and the pens.

Hi Roopcom, I have our customer service team reaching out to help resolve any pending issues. Make sure the blade depth is at #2, for some reason the software sometimes defaults it to #1, which is not long enough. For the 100 free designs those should load automatically during registration. Best, Will

Silhouette Portrait 3 Vinyl Cutting Machine Base Bundle - 9" Width
So far I am liking this little machine. I am very surprised and pleased with how quickly the unit was delivered, especially during a pandemic and the holiday shopping season. I received it within a week of ordering it. I've been using another cutting device for over a year, its a completely different experience. Using this one takes a lot more practice and experimentation as for cut depth and pressure. I am shocked that this little machine has the power and strength that it does. As I learn this little guy I will update my review, but so far I am liking him a great deal.

Silhouette Studio Basic Edition Latest Version for PC and MAC - Free
To be honest, I immediately upgraded to the Business Edition so I can't really speak about the basic edition. I played with it only very shortly, but as I discovered pretty quickly I couldn't do SVG files I knew I needed to upgrade. I am still trying to learn the Business Edition, but so far I am loving the options I am finding vs the Cricut Design Space that I've been using for the past year.
