So happy that i made the plunge and made this purchase for my new business. Financing it through business and the process to build business credit was easy with finance company and delivery was pretty fast considering I thought it would be weeks!!! Will be a regular customer and when I'm ready to upgrade or add more to my business you'll be the first to get my business.

xTool M1 10W Craft Laser and Blade Cutting Machine Air Assist Bundle
I bought the X tool M1. In the offer there was 3 rolls of 3M transfer tape which I never received. I emailed the company and they took care of the situation immediately. I do recommend X tool M 1 and I recommend you getting it from Swing Design.

Sawgrass UHD Virtuoso SG500 Sublimation Printer w/ 8-in-1 Heat Press
I am not a technical person but Swing Design helped me to get those few ugly firsts set aside. There were there to help me when I didn't even know how to help myself (and who doesn't need that from time to time?) I'm still in the learning curve stage but confident I made the right purchase from the right company.

I was able to download the upgrade, but haven’t had time to learn how to utilize it to its full capacity. I sure wish there were in person classes available for us.

StarCraft Solo 16" Vinyl Cutter Bundle with 64 Vinyl Sheets, Tools, Designs
Swing designs offers a variety of choices which I like. The extras along with the item itself makes it a great value. Swing designs has a great brand name which gave me the confidence that if anything should go wrong, I can get in touch with them. Overall, the StarCraft solo is a great machine, definitely a step up from my cameo 4 pro. With my cameo the sensor was too sensitive making my cuts off. I haven’t had this issue with my StarCraft. My main use is stickers, after struggling with a Cricut, then a Cameo I decided to take the leap and make the jump.

I think this is my first "review" of anything; I'm not into that sort of thing. But I have had a couple of purchases from Swing Design and have to admit it is worth the effort to tell others about them. Prompt, responsive, and nice discounts. Definitely a 5-star experience. Thanks.

Silhouette Studio Designer Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
I’m a new user to all of this and it’s been a process honestly just to get the machine to read the registration marks, so there’s not much I can honestly say right now about the software because I barely know how to use it , but the purchase of the upgrade was super quick and simple !

Epson SureColor PRO F570 24" Sublimation Printer w/ Deluxe Paper Bundle & Blanks
Delivered quickly. Was having issues with printing at first, kept stopping, we believe it was the Wi-Fi, so we hooked up directly to our router and haven’t had any issues since. Still learning. I love that they sell packages with the blanks. I would recommend Swing Design. Already did to my daughter.

Siser Romeo 24" Deluxe Vinyl & HTV Bundle
I’ve used cricut for 10 years and I was naturally hesitant to learn a new software. The Siser software was not easy to learn but it was way easier than cricuts. I love my machine so much and I’m so excited for all the possibilities!
