Sawgrass UHD Virtuoso SG1000 Sublimation Printer w/ 8-in-1 Heat Press
Purchased a bundled Sawgrass SG1000 here 2 years ago and Sawgrass disabled my printer via a software update. I was unsatisfied with the cost of their ink and sought out an alternative to try. Certainly should be a reasonable option for me as the owner of the printer which is now out of warranty. ANY ink not branded as Sawgrass will disable the printer. Their ink is inferior and per dollar, you do not get near enough in the cartridge to justify the cost. Sawgrass has lost me as a customer and I do not recommend their products due to bad business practice.

Brother SE700 Embroidery & Sewing Machine w/ 80 Embroidery Spools & Accessories
I bought this sewing/embroidery machine for my daughter. She recently had her first child, and is planning to start an Etsy shop making and selling baby items so that she can stay home with her child, while also helping her husband support their little family. She grew up seeing me run my own out-of-home sewing business, as I did with my maternal grandmother, and I am thrilled and honored that she is carrying on that family tradition. This is not just about purchasing this machine for my daughter, it is also about giving her my wholehearted support for her and her family’s future, as well as remembering the past.

Roland BY-20 Direct to Film (DTF) Printer w/ 24" In-Line Slim Automatic Shaker
Once I got over the learning curve the BY-20 has been great. I upgraded from their previous model and it is night and day. So much better! I went with Roland due to the reputation and went with Swing because they were highly recommended by a another business I know A+

Cricut 3 Pack Mats, Tools, 2 Printed Guides, and Over 100 Quality Designs
Too many replacement vinyl in the bundle. I can accept 1 maybe 2 swaps, but 4 is unacceptable. Don't advertise these if you don't have the product. You lost a customer over this. I purchased the cameo pro with vinyl bundle.

Sawgrass UHD Virtuoso SG500 Sublimation Printer, Ink, Paper, Blanks Bundle
If I could give this a zero review I certainly would. If you are considering purchasing any Sawgrass Printers, RUN! RUN! and do not look back. This is the worst printer I have ever owned. First of all, you can only use Sawgrass brand ink. If you try to use another brand of ink it will make it where you can no longer use the printer. The ink only cost a few dollars less than the brand new printer. The ink for it is close to $350 after tax and shipping, and the printer sells for only $574. Also, they are changing the program you use to design and its worse than the old version. It is extremely slow. It takes about 5-7 minutes for the design to actually download to the print mate. Please Please don't waste your money. You WILL BE DIS-SATTISFIED I GAURANTEE IT!
