prestigeA4/DTF station poor customer service

Prestige A4 Direct To Film (DTF) Roll Printer Bundle - Gray
The prestige A4 I purchased quit working after 5 days I contacted your support team and they sent me videos and suggested I call DTF station . So I did and they will not warranty the machine even though it has a 6 month printhead warranty and I believe a 12 month warranty. As a consumer that just wasted 2200 dollars on a worthless machine I’m not pleased I was informed that because I used a different brand of DTF ink and roll film that that caused my motherboard to go out. Cause the machine doesn’t even power up. So in the end I’m out 2200 dollars and have put my business in a tight spot with over 300 shirts to deliver 100 of witch is due by the 21 for a fishing tournament

Oracal 651 Glossy Vinyl 12" Wide Rolls - White
I always look for Oracle vinyl from Swing Design before I look anywhere else. It’s always packed safely and shipped fast. Oracle vinyl is the best I’ve worked with.

Laser works great! issue with the fire safety
Verified Buyer
xTool S1 Laser Cutter & Engraver Machine Bundle w/ Rotary, Rail, Riser, Filter
The laser is awesome and works as intended thus far. We have however had an issue with the "fire safety" tool not operating correctly, which causes the laser to malfunction when it is connected. I have reported this to xtool and am currently waiting on a solution. Overall, we are pleased with our purchase.

Silhouette Studio Designer Edition to Business Edition Digital Upgrade - Instant Code
I shopped around to purchase the Silhouette Business Edition. Swing Design was very reasonably priced and I obtained it so quickly after it's purchase. It was easy to download and I was ready to get going on my project so quickly! I'm not the most computer literate, so if I can do it, anyone can! If I need any other Silhouette items, I will check your website first.

ProSub Sublimation Blank Set for Epson & Sawgrass - 50pc
This set is great! It has a sampling of a variety of items that I have wanted to try as projects but did not want to invest in large quantities. Most have turned out well but I am still trying to figure out temp and running that works on a few items. Overall, a great value but it is limited to one per customer. It would be nice to have a standard sample set that could be reordered.

xTool F1 ULTRA 20W Laser Engraver with Conveyor, 4-in-1 Cup Spinner & Filter
I purchased the X Tool F1Ultra through Swing and have nothing but positives to say about them. They were responsive and understanding as I was anxious for my new equipment to arrive for a custom order, I received requiring the upgraded capability. Everything arrived on time and in great shape, so I was able to get right on my new project. Rather than waiting I would highly suggest looking at Swing design as an option.
