Silhouette Studio Designer Edition to Business Edition Digital Upgrade - Instant Code
I was delighted to view files I had not seen before and happy with the new features. However, I was prompted to update my base Design Studio software to better utilize the new software. Since that update, I have been restricted to a 6"x6" cutting area. I have tried multiple times to change the default settings as instructed by knowledgeable people in the Silhouette Facebook groups to no avail. I requested help from Silhouette with no response. Hopefully, Swing Design can recommend a fix!

Sawgrass SubliJet-UHD Ink SG500 & SG1000 - Cyan (C) 31 ML
Ink is too pricey. Price needs to come down. Do not like the idea of ink maintenance every 10 hors wasteful. I would give 0 rating but not an option

1.5 ounce shot glass attachment too loose

REFURBISHED Swing Design Digital Coffee Mug & Cup Heat Press - Coral
I boutght this press primarily to sublimation shot glasses using the swing design shot glass attachment. However, I can't get it very tight on the shot glass. I used it for 15 ounce coffee mugs with the coffee mug attachment that comes with it and that works fine, but the shot glass attachment will not tighten enough.

After the second time using my new heat press the power cord started smoking and melted. I contacted Swing Design and they sent me a shipping label to return the malfunctioning parts. Within 2 days of me contacting them my new parts were on the way to me. It works great now, and I appreciate how fast they resolved my issue. Would definitely purchase from here again.
