Cameo 5 Purchase

Silhouette White Cameo 5α Alpha - 12" Vinyl Cutting Machine
I recently purchased a Cameo 5 from Swing Design. Overall the machine is beautiful with a sleek design and an improved system for feeding the mat over the Cameo 5. The machine cuts very well and although I had to return it due to a mechanical noise I received an A+ treatment from the Support Team. Of course I’ll get another one . I trust the Silhouette Brand and the support from Swing Design

Melco Bravo X 16 Needle Embroidery Machine w/ Software Bundle A
This printer has been nothing but an absolute nightmare. The printhead is a freaking joke and clogs every 2-3 prints. And no, a head cleaning does not solve the problem. You have to completely take apart the entire printhead every 2-3 prints and unclog it. It takes forever!! So, i have had my printer for almost a week now and i have been able to print 2 designs before it clogged for absolutely no reason and now won't print anymore.

Sawgrass CreativeStudio PrintMate Free Software - MAC & PC
This leads you to believe you will be downloading Sawgrass PrintMate. You WILL essentially download PrintMate, BUT it will immediately require you to update-and when you do you will no longer have PrintMate-it automatically now becomes Sawgrass Print Utility! There is no more PrintMate, DesignMate, etc. Everything is now umbrella'ed under MySawgrass and PrintMate becomes Print Utility. Sawgrass' website is outdated as it tells you to download PrintMate, even shows a video on "how to download PrintMate" which doesn't work. None of the links work. And, now they have updated their ink cartridges so those that purchased ink from Amazon, etc. can no longer use that ink-they are FORCED to use SAWGRASS INK-which I just paid over $500 for mine-just to have a giant headache! I have had nothing but headaches since I purchased my Sawgrass and REGRET 100000% purchasing a Sawgrass-I was trying to do the best thing but I see now I should've just gone with converting an Epson!

Epson F2270 DTG & DTF Combo Printer Bundle with Stand
I love the printer. The delivery/freight service was very nice But they had the printer for over a week and never contacted me. I had to reach out to see where it was an why it had not been deliver. I also think that there should be some sort of training offered for set up and use, but I am figuring things out by watching YouTube. The printer is awesome and everyone at Swing has been very kind.

I am having the worst experience ever with this printer. I have joined a Facebook full of members having problems. Less than a month and I'm having all kinds of trouble. Colors stopped printing, white layer starting out gray on back of images. Too many problems to list. I need help possibly a new printer. The colors weren't even right when I dud my on board session

Prestige A4 Direct To Film (DTF) Printer w/ Oven, Sheet Shaker & Supplies - Mint
I was very impressed with the quality of the printer, shaker and curing oven. The set up was relatively easy. The trickiest part was getting the film in the right position to feed correctly. I'm still getting used to Digirip but all in all I would highly recommend.

Silhouette Studio Designer Edition to Business Edition Digital Upgrade - Instant Code
I purchased the SilSt Bus Edition upgrade so that I could create SVG files to use on my laser cutter.
I was greatly disappointed to find that Silhouette Studio Business edition was creating a "tiny SVG" that is NOT a true SVG file. I now have to place the tiny svg file on a cloud drive to open it on another computer to open it with Adobe Illustrator to convert the file and save as a true SVG file.
