Silhouette Studio Designer Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
I purchased this upgrade to go from the Basic Edition of Silhouette Studio to Designer Edition. I am using a newer Windows laptop. Once I upgraded to Designer Edition, the program would lag horribly, would fail to save my work (requiring me to start all over at times), and would randomly shut down. The added features of the Designer Edition come highly recommended, especially the ability to upload SVG files (which should be standard on Basic Edition, since this is such a common file format...). However, the glitches and problems brought on by the upgrade made the software almost unusable. I attempted troubleshooting these issues with Silhouette support, who were not helpful in resolving the problems. I ended up returning the Cameo 4 I had and will be buying a Cricut. On a positive note, Swing Design sells this upgrade for half the cost of getting it from Silhouette themselves.

Silhouette Studio Designer Edition to Business Edition Digital Upgrade - Instant Code
I accidentally left the plus off when ordering the business edition. Even though I notified the company immediately nothing was done. Therefore I had to buy it again.

Excellent machine. You got to have a really good memory, though. Because there's gotta be over a 100 different things you can do inside of this and I just can't remember it all but I'm telling you. This thing is cool works good. Thank you. I hope it lasts me a long time now.

Sawgrass UHD Virtuoso SG1000 Sublimation Printer & Ink Bundle
Would I use this process again? Absolutely “YES”. At first I received a broken printer. I notified swing and sawgrass and was instructed to send pictures on my machine. In about one day I was told what was wrong.
They sent me a new printer with the speed of lightning. I was in shock. They also did not want the broken printer returned! I want SAWGRASS TO KNOW THAT I HAVE ALREADY STARTED ANNOUNCING TO THE WORLD THAT SAWGRASS IS WONDERFUL BECAUSE THEY GIVE SUPPORT AND STAND BEHIND THEIR EQUIPMENT! I CAN ONLY SAY “THANK YOU!” BY, GWEN J. BREWER

Sawgrass Virtuoso SG400 Sublimation Printer Starter Bundle
Ink that came with it ran out after only a few prints and the prints weren't even dark enough. I had to pay over $300 for new ink after spending all this money on the machine.

ProSub Premium Sublimation Heat Transfer Paper 8.5" x 14" - 150 Sheets
I love this paper. I’ve been using ASub and really like it, but since SwingDesign is such a great company with which to work, and the paper is definitely as good as the ASub, here I am purchasing this paper from SwingDesign. Buy with confidence.

Silhouette Black Cameo 5 w/ Deluxe Blade & Tool Pack, Mat Pack, Guides, Designs
This is my 4th purchase of Silhouette machines from Swing Design and they are always very prompt in fulfilling orders. My order arrived quickly and I was very pleased. However, the Cameo 5 has issues. I can't get it to make accurate cuts, no matter what I try so far. I'm watching videos and collecting as much advice as I can find online, hoping to find a solution. Until the issue is resolved, I have to say that I love Swing Design. The Cameo 5...not so much.
