Silhouette Black Cameo 4 w/ Blade & Tool Pack, Pen Holder, Guides, Designs
I previously had a Cameo 3 and wanted to upgrade. The Cameo 4 is wonderful. Look forward to seeing what more it can do. The only thing they don't tell you well enough, it is much louder than the 3.

Silhouette Blush Pink Cameo 4 w/ 26 Oracal Glossy Sheets, Guides, 24 Sketch Pens, and More
This is my second silhouette and it is wonderful. The machine worked perfectly right out of the box. The silhouette does take a while to learn, but I learned most of the basics on my first machine. There's still much more to learn, but it does what I need it to do for now. Shipping was fast and the box arrived in suburb condition. I'm very happy with my purchase and will not hesitate to buy from this store again. In fact, I have already placed an order for additional silhouette mats and have upgraded to the Business edition.

Silhouette Cameo 2 Touch Screen Bundle with 4 Starter Kits, Sketch Pens, Etching Cream, and More
I’ve had my machine to going on three weeks now and I still haven’t been able to use the machine. You have to register the serial number of the machine to the software before you can begin to use it. Because the machine is used it’s still registered on it the last owner. How are you going to sell the use machine knowing that you have to register the machine to the software but don’t make sure the last owner deletes the machine from the software before reselling. I have been back-and-forth and emails awaiting a response just trying to get this taken care of. I’m very disappointed and expect it better.

This is not the fault of the store I purchased from, but Silhouette. They still can't seem to use quality bluetooth technology, or the one I bought was a dud. Had to return.
