great sublimation paper

ProSub Premium Sublimation Heat Transfer Paper 8.5" x 11" - 150 Sheets
This is the paper that came with my printer and I have stuck with it, I had bought bigger paper for my printer and the quality is way different than this, it’s not thick but it’s not thin, easy to work with have had no issues

Little disappointed

Testing
The software is disappointing and I had asked multiple times about being compatible with I PAD. The Design and Print Mate are not ideal. There needs to be more edits available. Customer service was rude when I asked questions.

Sawgrass Printer SG500

Sawgrass UHD Virtuoso SG500 Sublimation Printer, Ink, Paper, Blanks Bundle
1. There is no printed manual or user guide.
2. There was no 1-on-1 onboarding session. It was a zoom call with 4 others and an instructor with their camera off the entire time. I thought I would receive tailored instructions based on my tech and startup needs. The presentation could have simply been a link to a Youtube video.
The machine works well. I have used it a few times now. The installation was easy. But I feel like because of the above two points, I did not get the deal that I envisioned.

xTool F1 Fast Portable Laser Engraver with IR + Diode Laser Bundle
Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Shipping was quick and arrived with no issues at all. Tracking was available as soon as my purchase shipped. Did require a signature at delivery but noticed that when tracking the delivery. Xtool has been great it’s my first laser and haven’t stopped using it yet. Very user friendly for someone with no experience.

Swing Design was way to work with. My only suggestion is to have more instruction on how to use heat press. Stil unsure how to hook everything up.
