Very nice people to deal with

The software is pretty straight forward and not too difficult to learn once I put the time in. I would definitely recommend this software.

Greetings! I received my swing heat transfer machine few days ago I just have time to use more the heat press machine and suddenly I’ve noticed the screw loosed and I’m not sure where it came from and checked the underneath of the machine and I’m so afraid if this will lead to overheat etc however the 1st try the heat is okay then after few tries the heat is not sticking much even my temperature is correct my materials was damaged 2x and now I’m having doubt if the machine you sent me is brand new or refurbished.. I got high expectations since I invested this expensive machine to your company!

I am loving my cameo 4. I already have cricut maker but never got used to it.

I love seeing design and looking forward to purchasing more

Yes why didn't I buy this several years ago. Best money I have spent in a while. It really cuts down time for my designs. I just bring in a vector based PDF and get fantastic smooth cut lines

Cameo 4 Nice happy

I am happy with my ordering and shipping experience. Equipment was easy to set up. The only thing I would have done differently was order the SG1000. Being a newbie, I didn't do enough research for t-shirt size prints

Crinkles as soon as i remove it from the backing. I have tried different settings thinking it might be too much ink but nope. its difficult to apply. Cannot be sold as a sticker or decal. its too flimsy.

La entrega es rápida mediante correo. Muy claro en como activar la licencia tras leer la descripción y las guías.

We were not able to complete the setup of the printer because the printer kept showing an error with the roll cover. We contacted Epson support for assistance. Replacement printer took at least a week to be delivered. Keeping our fingers cross that we will be able to complete the setup & have the printer up & running.

Thanks you

I had my machine for less than 6 months had problems with it from the beginning everything is expensive to replace. My machine printed blue on one side for everything. Or it would not stick to the paper. Talked to multiple people and everything I talked about they just said it was toner but they don't cover toner even though it was from them and fresh out of the box. They refused to call me only email. The guy even got on my computer checked my settings said I was doing things correctly. They had me take the machine apart told me I needed a fuser which seems of since I didn't use it much except for the rest they had me print. Wasted a lot of paper and toner. Lost business because the images were not working. My husband is electrician and he check fuser it was fine. Then the guy said it could be fuser lamp. I asked if they have a service tech that can come over or I could send it in to be looked at he said no. After my husband emailed them their story changed and said I could ship it in I would pay for shipping there. I'm happy I got the shipping insurance because it got damaged. They needed to look it over and give me cost of repairs for damage from shipping and they said the warranty would cover the other things except for the fuser to er things they don't cover. The machine had frame damage so they said I would have to purchase a new one $2999. I asked if I could stop financing for the broken one since I had trouble with it and I no longer have it they said no I have to finish financing it and can not get money refunded. And I would have to pay for another machine. Very unpleasant experience.
