Tried contacting you 2 times with absolutely no acknowledgment. Horrible customer service

Love my Prestige A4 and love Swing!!!

Love my Prestige A4 and love Swing!!!

The press didn't heat up. Took an hour and 45 minutes to heat to about 365 and wouldn't go higher. After working with customer service (they asked me to buy a screwdriver to change non working parts but I'm not comfortable repairing a heat press) I retuned the press. I wasn't issued a full refund. I was charged me for "shipping insurance." I really don't think I should have to pay anything for a non-working heat press.

Love this for my crafting hobby. My hubby is excited to use it as well.

Software load was easy.

My mat was no longer tacky enough even after cleaning per instructions. Ordered these to replace and so glad I did. I will order again if needed.

Great printet

Nice look

Easy to use

Come in early

Came on time

The purchase from Swing Design was quick and easy. I didn’t expect the printer to ship as fast as it did. I was not prepared to receive it as quickly as it came lol. I was able to get this printer set up using the master class. I should have read all the information because I forgot to schedule an on on boarding video conference for the warranty. However, Swing Designs sent messages reminding me of everything I needed to do. Love the communication. I only had one issue with the bundle and that was that the oven did not get hot out of the box and there was no extra fuse in the box ( still t trying to get uninet to replace this) and my fume extractor did not come with extra filters which again was not in the box. I would suggest anyone that purchase this bundle to check for all the extra parts the day you receive the bundle. Other than that everything has been great.

This printer is hands down the best purchase I have made to date! It works great, images press bright, and my customers love the finished product

Loved everything I purchased just can't use it until I get a better laptop...

I am very pleased with this Amazing Bundle Sewing Machine.
Everything came well packed and I will recommend!! Thank You!!

Great price and great delivery time.

Great quality and fast shipping.

Really enjoying this heat press. It arrived in a very timely manner - within one week. Signature was required upon delivery, which was not known, so we had to do some fancy footwork to track down the delivery and go pick it up at the warehouse. Not sure why this machine required a signature and the other heat press for mugs and tumblers I ordered from the same company at the same time did not.
I have not used all of the attachments on this device, but have used quite a few on the heat press for cups and tumblers. Works great.
The swing design is nice for many types of sublimation projects. For tiles, I still use my Siser clamshell to prevent the back slide which shifts the materials a tad upon closing. The only other issue I have is when doing a tile or something thick, this machine doesn’t close down evenly. So there is no even pressure or heat application. We are trying to see if adjusting the screws on top will fix that.
The machines each came with a little book with suggested times/temps for sublimation materials. I use the times and temps and methods in another document that has not steered me wrong.
I ordered both heat press machines in the pink color. It is a fun color and looks nice.
All in all, I will buy again from Swing Design. I am eyeballing their clamshell press with the slide out bottom.

Wonder for cutting fabric for my embroidery projects.
