Great machine, a lot of item when you buy in combo

I just bought this printer and I love the way it prints. Only one thing I’m not liking is that sometimes it stops In the middle of my print not sure why that is.

just as expected. thank you.

I love it!

Absolutely in love with the beautiful print quality perfect for stickers. Price is definitely a huge win. Highly recommend

Well unfortunately I can’t give a review on the equipment - because I can’t start using it til Dec 6th - because it requires a tech call before putting ink in the printer. So I get to just look at it for now.

This has been the best film for me thus far :)

Need better instruction for setting up computer in writing

Purchase was simple, code worked on the first try.

Very good customer service. Any question that I had, they answered withing 24 hours.

Looks great! Works great! With all the attachments you can press it all. It cakes lots of cups, tumblers and wine tumbler. Very good quality. A must for sublimation.

The transfer tape they send with the machine smells to high heaven. Not to mention it also doesn’t pick up the vinyl after weeding it. Other then that the machine is amazing and a learning curve!

Business edition upgrade digital code, just as easy as upgrading through SS. What a great deal, Thank-you!

The app keeps crashing on both pc and mac even tho i meet the requirements and have the storage

This is my first Silhouette. I love it! I have had it for a week and i have already made hundreds of promotional items for my business, a Halloween costume, and various other products. Shipping was quick and everything went smoothly!

Love it

SHIPPING WAS FAST. LOVE THIS MACHINE. I EXACTLY BOUGHT MY EVERY 1ST CRICUT MACHINE FROM THEM BACK IN 2020 SO IT WAS TIME TO UPGRADE AND HONESTLY IDK WHY I DIDN'T UPGRADE SOONER. THANK YOU SO MUCH SWING DESIGNS. :)

There is no manual or booklet to help with this software. There are a couple of Youtube videos that give you the basics, but there's a whole lot to the software and absolutely no way to learn what it is but through trial and error. Trial and error costs time, money, and product. For a small business owner, those are things that we cannot afford to waste.

If you aren't tech savvy, good luck.

I purchased the full bundle hoping to really jumpstart my business. I saw a lot of videos online extolling the virtues of this machine and was really excited about getting one.

I paid and waited. And waited. And waited. I emailed about a status update and was told it should ship within a week or so because they were behind the 3-4 week window. I finally got my machines about 8 weeks after I ordered them.

I tried to set up my machines, and by the third print I had an inoperable machine. I mean, completely dead. When I called to have the swap out the machine that died in less than a few hours time, they wanted to argue for almost a week about whether or not a machine should work straight out of the box or if I should have to do a major replacement before I'd even really used the machine.

This is also where I discovered the "lifetime warranty" wasn't so much a lifetime warranty, but more of a wait a lifetime until someone gets around to feeling like helping you. To get tech support, you have to email in and then Swing forwards your email to someone other company in California. Not that the time zone really matters because it will take them at least 48 hours to get back to you and if your machine breaks on a Friday, you're not hearing from anyone until at least Wednesday morning.

That's not to even speak to the "software bundle" that you get. The listing says the software is $600, but the software they give you the code for is like $200. So, clearly not the same software. Not only that, there is no information or guidebook on using the software. There are a few videos on Youtube to help you get it set up (pro tip, turn off your VPN before trying to install the software), but there is really not anything about how to use the software, what the different feature are, settings you should use. It's really trial and error.

That's not even to speak of the rude tech support person I spoke with who loudly sighed and made some smart remark about my calling again. Overall, once the machine was delivered, re-delivered, set up, and I fumbled through about 20 designs trying to find a good setting, it's been working well, but the overall experience made me regret my purchase and I won't be purchasing from Swing Design in the future.

My friend recommennded Swing Design and I am glad I used them for this purchase. They listened to what I needed and suggested the R2. Met my needs perfectly!
