Uninet IColor 560 White Toner Printer Business Bundle w/ Media, $1044 Software
My only gripe with my order that I hear had an anxiety attack over is the fact the picture shows one thing when you actually receive another. The picture shows that it comes with the “dongle” (aka usb) that you absolutely need to use the software. The NEW software you do not need the dongle. So my husband and I were ripping apart the box trying to see if I misplaced the dongle… when in fact, I didn’t. It never came with it. The picture needs to be updated.

Testing
After a week from ordering I had to call for an update. A label was not printed at that point. I could have ordered directly from Xtool and got it in the same amount of time. I am only irritated because when orders are placed, you generally get an email pretty quick advising that its been shipped. I placed the order, didn't get any update until I called. I don't need to order often, but Swing was always my first go to. I recently ordered something, but chose another company. :(

Silhouette Studio for Mint Latest Version for PC and MAC - Free
When the printer is working as it should, it’s great! But when it’s not, then things aren’t so great. You can literally do everything you’re suppose to do maintenance wise and you will still have an issue with the printer stop printing in the middle of a job. You could also have your printer set up and ready to go but have to wait a month or longer to add the ink because there’s no open slots for the zoom Q&A. Trying to talk to someone at Uninet is as bad as trying to talk to the president. They only really want to communicate via email and even that can take up to 24 hrs to get a response.

Uninet IColor T. Seal Finishing Sheet - 11.7" x 16.5"
Using the t-seal with the final press is a game changer. So glad I got it. Also the customer service is amazing! The post office delivered my package to the wrong house and I sent them an email asking what were my options for filing a claim. They were nice enough to offer to send me another one at no additional charge. Luckily, the owner of the home my package was delivered to was nice enough to bring it to me. I really appreciate that they were willing to send me another one even though it was the post office fault for wrong delivery. I am forever a customer because of this.
