Testing
I brought the refurbished SG500 and some paper and tape, packaging was horrible it was supposed to come with 150 sheets of sublimation paper and there was only about 90 sheets in there. When I purchased I knew it could come with a little bit of ink but there was NO ink at all so I couldn't even get a test print to see if everything is printing well with the printer well till I go buy some ink.

Swing Design 15" x 15" Swing Away 8-in-1 Heat Press - Turquoise
I would probably say that the transfer tape is two pieces not an actual roll because it makes it sound like a great thing but then you get it and it is on two 12+12 pieces

I brought this expensive printer, & they sent me it with no ink I have yet to be able to use it & am disappointed that I might have to purchase ink which cost a lot when they should of sent me free ink with purchase, this printer is not worth the cost

Roland BN-20D Desktop 20" Direct to Film Printer w/ Inks, Powder, Filter, Oven
The printer has a mind of its own. Likes to cancel during printing or not print the entire image at all. Printer is veeerry slow. You definitely need the oven to cure your prints. Using a heat press to cure the image takes a lot longer than 5mins. Glad I upgraded to get the package with oven.

Epson SureColor PRO F570 Desktop 24" Dye Sublimation Printer Bundle
Love everything about this printer. It was easy to set up and prints beautifully.
Love the large format and that you can use sheets or rolls.
Love the fact that It came with a print program and has correct Icc profiles.
So my colors are accurate.
Yes it is higher than buying a reg printer and converting but I fully believe from past experience that anyone looking to do sublimation will save money by purchasing the right equiptment the first time around.
