The review is based on the fact that I purchased this refurbished sublimation printer, have not even opened the box and have been told it can't be returned. Doesn't leave much room for confidence in buying anything refurbished (or anything at all) from this company again.

Ended up replacing my BN-20A with this printer and it was the right move. The BN2 is so much faster and the updated software rocks. Swing Design was amazing with the support and handing of my order. A+

The Cameo 4 I received is not functioning. It will not connect to the Wi-Fi. The USB cord is not recognizable by Windows. I haven’t been able to use it and am sad I cannot get a replacement or refund it.

This machine is horrible! Tried to return next day and company return policy is pathetic. They told me to sell on the market. Do not buy from this company! True review
